Pooh Bear and Donkey Baby Shower Cake


 For this cake you need to bake three round 8 inches layers. Place the first one on the round tray, grease it with the filling, place another on top of it, grease it with the filling and place the last one and grease the whole cake with the rest filling.

When you finish the greasing the cake, prepare white fondant to cover the whole cake. When you cover the cake with fondant. The fondant should be smooth and flat. Use the sharp knife to cut the excess fondant around the bottom border of the cake.

Then use fondant also to make different patterns around the sides of the cake. You can make any patterns you like. On top of the cake put round panel which you can make out of the fondant too. Draw squares in different colors using paint brush and edible colors.

Around the panel make little balls out of white modeling chocolate. You can make different sized balls. On the panel put figurines of Winnie the Pooh and his friend donkey which you can make out of gum paste or white modeling chocolate painted in colors as on the picture.
