Bunny Cakes Designs Decorating Ideas and Pictures

Celebrate Easter with a delightful bunny cake. I have one in my collection of easy recipes.
Use your favorite cake mix and two round cake pans. One round will be used for the head, the other you will use to make the ears and bow tie.

Easter Bunny Cake

When the cakes have cooled completely, trace lines like stitching on a baseball on one cake using a sharp knife. The two outside pieces will be the ears and the center piece is the bow tie for your Easter bunny.

You can use your own frosting recipe or canned frosting. My grandkids prefer marshmallow fluff. They like to help with the decorating.

We use gum drops for the eyes and nose, then licorice "whips" for whiskers and mouth, jelly beans or chocolate covered candy pieces as decorations on the bow tie.
