If
you decide to make this lovely cake, the first you have to do is to
bake two layers out of the same ingredients. Each layer cut in two
halves and place them on each other upright to form the shape of the
bag. Between the layers put the cream.
In order to achieve the appearance of the diaper bag use fondant, which you will color in light and dark blue color. Cut the stripe about 3cm wide and attach it to the bag as handle.
Make bottle out of modeling chocolate using mold, put purple towel around the bottle made out of fondant and next to the bottle make diapers out of white fondant.
Next to the diaper bag, make chest out of a layer covered with brown fondant. On top of the chest you can make a sheep which you can make out of modeling chocolate. In front of the chest, make a ball out of gum paste.
Then you can make sneakers out of gum paste using mold and next to the bag you put dinosaur made out of gum paste. At the end make yellow duck out of gum paste too.
