How to Make Stiletto High Hill Shoes Cupcakes


 This video is great tutorial on how to make High Heel Shoe Cupcakes. For these you will need:



- Butter cream frosting

- Melted white chocolate

- Lavender sandy sugar

- Piping bag with large round tip

- Knives and scissors

- Pink fondant

- Ice-cream wafers

- Sandwich bag

- Baked vanilla cupcakes




Directions:



1. Take vanilla cupcake and spread some frosting on top of it using piping bag and large tip starting from the center to the edge making nice swirl.

2. Take a butter knife and spread the frosting out to the edge.

3. Roll the cupcake into the sanding sugar.

4. Then take the ice-cream wafer and cut the edges with the scissors to form the shape of the shoe.

5. Dip the wafer into the melted chocolate and spread it up with the knife trying to make it smoother as possible. Set aside to dry for about 10 minutes.

6. Cut the cupcake on one side with a sharp knife.

7. When the wafer is dried, put some butter cream frosting into the sandwich bag and cut the corner of the bag making a quite large hole.

8. Spread the frosting on the sides of the wafer.

9. Then roll it into the sanding sugar.

10. Push the wafer into the cupcake.

11. While holding the wafer, place the cream wafer straws under the wafer to make the high heel shoe. Use white chocolate as glue.

12. Leave it for couple of minutes to glue.

13. Take some fondant and make a bow and four little pearls.

14. Use white chocolate to glue the pearls on the back of the shoe and glue the bow on top of the cupcake.
